Justin Burton and all the other great folks there will take great care of you from the purchase to the extras. Not many dealerships would drive you across town to pick up a truck sent for a bed liner during the busy time of the afternoon on a Friday. Went to Don Franklin Chevy today to test drive a new 2018 Chevy Equinox. We were greeted by Chris Pendery and immediately we were welcomed like family! Chris is such an amazing person inside and out. He took my daughter and I, under his wing and treated us like he was our big brother. Never once did he try to push us, or try to change our minds. Amazing service and friendly people! The whole process was amazing from the time that my husband and I walked through the door, to when we drive the new vehicle off of the lot. We have purchased two vehicles from them and will definitely be a repeat customer!
