We took our truck to Don Franklin for service, and while it was there, someone broke into it and stole property. The incident was caught on their security cameras, and both we and the dealership filed police reports. However, Don Franklin has refused to take responsibility, telling us to file a claim through our own insurance. This is incredibly frustrating—if the truck had been at our home, it would’ve been locked and secure. It was under their care, and they failed to protect it.
