Cons - 1) They don't give you online advertised price unless you have a trade even when a trade is not mentioned in the fine print online. 2) They will back pedal after negotiating on a price UNLESS you use their financing. We were pre-approved at a much lower rate, but in order to get the price we negotiated we had to use their financing. Service Department needs to help customers. My jeep was there 3 times and still wasn't repaired. I had to have it towed again to another jeep dealer. They wouldn't work with my warranty. Never be back to this dealer,
I had issues with my Durango and they was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. Their service advisor is awesome thank you
