Our small business made duct work for them and afterwards claim they no longer needed it. Our caller id shows he didn't try to call as many times as he said. We didn't close until 5 the day the owner said he came by and we were already gone. We had a death in our company that week and were shown no compassion by this man, and not out our time and materials.

My experience with William and this company was a disaster. Their communication skills are some of the worse I’ve ever seen and the quality of work was poor. While trying to fix one problem William created another by puncturing a pipe and creating a Freon leak. Willam then proceeded to ignore my calls. If you are considering using this company do yourself a favor and choose a more professional and knowledgeable business worthy of your time and money.

I wish I could leave NO STARS!!! I never had the opportunity for William to even step a toe into my home. You my friend need a crash course in CUSTOMER SERVICE. He lacks phone etiquette and people skills. If 2-10 only has a contract with you I’ll be canceling them as well. Very rude and disrespectful.

Most unprofessional individual I have ever had perform services in my home. Landlords warrantee company sent him out to fix my fridge. 0 customer service. Knocked a candle off my fridge. Which was an accident. No big deal. But then immediately defended himself saying I was lucky the candle didn’t hit him. Then he proceeded to kick glass across my kitchen floor scattering it all over.
