So glad to reconnect with Dr. Sharnowski!!! Immensely informative, explains things comprehensibly, and also just a fun guy to visit with. You don’t feel rush, will take time to explain, no question is dumb to Dr. Don. Physical models, charts, and plenty of readable information readily available. Has done wonders for my sleep, diet, and physical ailments being an athlete. He’s a 1 stop shop for all.
