i am waiting for lease end too..new property management...now they are charging extra pet fee 25.00 a month..have a dr certificate for dog for my health and well being.....not good enough.....so be aware of this....property management company Cornerstone....we are a senior community and on fixed income...this company no friend of senior citizens.
Don't move here – Things constantly break in the apartment, it's unsanitary, and if you call management they don't respond quickly and blame you, the tenant, if something goes wrong. The are rude and uncaring about their tenants. I can't wait unti my parents' lease is up so I can move them out!!
