Was going to purchase here since we moved to area recently, told sales guy give me couple weeks. Let me tell you I had the best experience buying a vehicle ever! Went in on Black Friday Alexandria was our sales person she is phenomenal. The sales manager came out and talked to us as soon as we walked in an told us he would do anything possible to gain our business and boy did he. He went above and beyond. They took a person who said they would never buy a Hyundai to me driving out with a 2026 Hyundai Palisade! I can not say enough good things about Don Davis Hyundai Lake Jackson they gained a lifetime customer for sure!

Made an oil change appointment online (as dealers always harp on you to do) and drove in to the service center from 45 minutes away to my 8am appointment. The service writer, Nick, said he couldn’t find my appointment. When I told him I made one online, he stated that while you can make one online they don’t actually take online appointments and you must call to make one.
