Chris King (salesman) made purchasing a car painless. He explained the bells & whistles with patience. I'm very satisfied with my new car.
Chris King, lied to me about the sale price being negotiatiable since I was receiving 0% off. The sales manager Joe, lied to me about being able to cancel my sales contract after telling him that I was lied to about negotiating. He did give me $1500 off but I was looking for $5k off or for them to cancel the deal and take the vehicle back. After which I went home and returned and asked if he could cancel the deal because even with the extra $1500 off I wasn’t happy with being lied to and he told me another lie. We had the BEST experience at Don Davis—especially thanks to Nacho Posadas! He was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I’m pretty sure we looked at at least 10 different vehicles (and went back and forth between two up until the very last second), but Nacho never rushed us or seemed annoyed.
