First time there was October 2016 we waited 20 minutes to be seated then waited another 20 to get our order taken then an hour before we filled up on chips and salsa and decided to leave... Never got our food even after complaining several times to the manager... Fast forward to yesterday... got seated right away... waiter was very attentive and food came out promptly.... it was too good to be true... we were brought the wrong order and then when we were brought the right food it was cold... so close!
Service sucks, no one came to our table, we literally had to call someone to take our order, then they took forever to bring us the Aguachiles, which by the way suck too... I guess is a chill place to drink. But as a restaurant I don't think so :/
First time going and I had a bad experience last weekend .i was so excited at the beginning the place looks awesome ,Food and Mariachis ok , but THE SERVICE , THE WORST . You need to wait at least two hours to eat, at the end the waitress forgot my food and be careful and check your bill because they can charge you more. ���

Had a birthday party last night up on the roof top. Things started to go downhill when I was charged almost $20.00 for some louzy nachos that hardly had any cheese or anything on them! The service was awful. The waitress/server kept saying she'd bring us more nachos but never did. We were brought a small platter of finger food which again we didn't have the nachos to eat the guacamole or so called ceviche. The music that was requested for our party was never played. There were four of us, we stopped there for a quick dinner around 7 PM . We were on our way to the red hot chili peppers concert at the staple center . The food was delicious,the timing was perfect , we were in and out of there within an hour including drinking four Micheladas that were delicious. I ordered the coconut shrimp . It was so delicious but it was only a small portion . And our waitress, she was the best . Very friendly very attentive and had a beautiful personality . She was so sweet . Took us more than 3 hours to give up on the server we didn't get any of our food and servers all sucked ! The manager was a pain we had to cancel all of our food ! The roof top amazing the girls were great took out our food fast and drinks okay over all worst place to celebrate a birthday with 14 guest 👎👎👎👎 blaaaa
