After reading the reviews and star rating, I thought we would be eating at a great place. It was okay. Kinda mediocre! My ribeye steak had more fat than meat. I would not waste my money or time again.

Our reservation was for 7:00 PM. We were seated at exactly 7:00 PM. Great start. Our server, "Suzie Que" was pleasant, professional and has a wonderful sense of humour. The food was perfect and well presented. Carol had ribs, Cindy enjoyed shrimp and I had prime rib. All were great. In fact, the prime rib was possibly the best I've ever had away from home). Then we shared banana cream pie and Creme brûlée. Oh yeah. The surroundings are fun and entertaining. Would we recommend Don & Charlies? You bet.
Food was great and bartender Chelsea was excellent
It was extremely crowded and while my food was good it could have been served hotter. My NY Strip was cooked right but was luke warm at best which was not as enjoyable had it been served when it came out Guess it sat in the window awhile
