He has been in the restaurant business for over twenty years, learning the business from the ground up. Prior to moving to the United States in 2001 Hamid owned and managed an Italian restaurant (Don Camillo) in Austria, from 1987 to 1997.

My family loves to eat at Don Camillo. It doesn't matter the size of the group--a large family gathering or a date night--- the atmosphere is inviting for both. I love the food. Every dish I have eaten there, appetizers through desserts, is amazing. The dining experience at Don Camillo makes this restaurant a hidden gem.
Excellent food and our server knows the menu very well and all recommendations were delicious.
Enjoyed the veggie pasta I had this evening but NOT happy after I left and saw the $2.00 charge I incurred for requesting whole grain pasta. The menu states it is available on request, the menu fails to say there is a charge for this. Not sure I will return.
The pumpkin soup was so outstanding I ordered a bowl to take home ... Tonight's dinner (soup) is just as Yummy on my patio as it was at the restaurant ... Just wish I had a bowl of salted caramel gelato to go with the soup!!!
Fantastic Italian restaurant with great food and wine. My only complaint is their current Sirius radio station setting....please help me convince them to switch from Watercolors to...well, anything. :)
