Owner Hamid Parivash, received a Bachelors degree in Hotel and Restaurant Business in 1984 from Austria. He has been in the restaurant business for over twenty years, learning the business from the ground up. Prior to moving to the United States in 2001 Hamid owned and managed an Italian restaurant (Don Camillo) in Austria, from 1987 to 1997.

Hats off to Don Camillo Italian Cuisine, coming from Chicago And eating at many high end restaurant's, I have to tell you this restaurant made me feel like I was back home. A+++++ Grade food, mouth watering flavor. Don Camillo is my new FAVORITE restaurant!!!

Our family gathered at Don Camillo for a pre-graduation celebration and were very pleased. The atmosphere, the food, and the service were all excellent.
