So far my experience is that him and the co-listing agent Gia have grossly misrepresented a property they listed (square footage inflated by almost 10%) and when called out about it they pretended not to know (even if they quoted the tax assessor who has an even lower number on the property card) and did nothing to repair the gross mistake. Be aware if you decide to get in business with them. Of course this is just my experience, I cannot imagine what the sellers they represent think of them…

Don was the seller’s agent on the home we bought in 2010 (and another we tried to buy but didn’t get). We knew since that experience that we would go to him to sell the home when that time came. He was just that good.
