On January 2022, I purchased an 09 Lexus RX350 from Beyer Subaru Alexandria, VA. I was purchasing the car out of state and was told the car was in good condition and had no scratches or dents. From the initial check-in to picking up my car 9 hours later I was in contact with my service manager Sandie Au updating me on the status of my vehicle which required additional services after the state inspection was done. I appreciated the excellent communication from Sandie which expedited the services provided by Beyer Subaru.
Pete was a terrific salesman. I asked him for the out the door price and he gave it to me. We drove 5 1/2 hours to get the car and the price was the same. No surprise charges. He matched the interest rate we had. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.
