HOMEOWNERS BEWARE .....This company is dishonest and money hungry. First, they changed my rent due date to the 3rd of the month to rip-off government retirees, disabled american and military veterans. We all know that government checks dont always get cleared by the 3rd. Second, they changed the late fee to 10% of total rent and misrepresented that the late fees were collected as "additional rent". Yet, they dont give the "additional rent" to the homeowners. Don Asher has horrible business practices, they rent out dirty disgusting houses , don't fix them , and don't give you a full refund even though they rented you a house full of dog hair , mold and dust bunnies bigger than Texas . Spiders , lied about pest control!!! Never painted/ or cleaned before move in but expected spotless upon move out !! Horrifying customer service!

I would even give any stars for this hoa. I bought this condo without knowing any of thecommon law rule they not apply to all owners or tenants including BMs who live here. I bought this condo 12 years ago from pointer properties which was not the great looking community but not the worst like when don asher took over. I have never dealt with such am inept property management company. They denied my rental because my former rental places didn't send them in writing that I had a good rental History. I checked with both places and they were never contacted. Me and my co-applicants have great credit, no collections, no marks on credit about evictions. There is even a recent paid off mortgage on the credit. Our income is way over their requirement. I asked for my $150 back for the application and was told no. I would not even give 1 star i would give 0. this HOA is the worst worst for owners they never do nothing for this condos but they have a time for harrass some owners constantly for petty things never work to improve commoin lands very rude board members such a bad looking condo common areas. nobody shlould rent or buy any thing with this HOA is managing this area one of the worst HOA ever.this is worst condo management in winter haven florida.
