Dr Arnold is a great Dr but the unfortunate part is the infrastructure of his practice you are unable to speak with anyone on the telephone menu there are multiple choices but you will end up with an answering machine with a small percentage that your message will be heard. When I finally did get a call back days afterwards when I mentioned the problem she told me that was the way it was. Makes me wonder if this is the level of professionalism SIH wants to be known for

Dr. Don C Arnold is the best doctor I’ve had to date. He’s the only doctor I look forward to seeing. He’s been so thoughtful, patient, considerate, thorough and insightful. It’s really hard to build a connection that matters these days and I’m truly grateful to have him as my doctor. He’s always been on time, he’s never disappointed me during our visits and I’m doing exponentially better with him as my doc. Thank you!

Very disappointed with his lack if communication in regards to my mother's procedure and continued issues. He never called or came by the hospital to discuss the procedure (which had to done twice for some reason) or her recovery and removal of nephrostomy tube. Unacceptable in my book when we have repeatedly asked the hospital staff to update us. I gave consent for the procedure but no one will give me or my mother an update.

There are very few Dr that will take the time needed with patients! I fully trust Dr Arnold and appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile! However, if you leave messages on their voicemail, you may, but probably not, receive a callback. Front staff is great but the "back" staff could take a lesson from Dr Arnold on how to interact with patients. :(

I appreciated their accommodating the problem I had. Everyone went out of their way to help me. Dr Arnold was very knowledgeable, understanding, and he explained things so that I could understand the procedure I needed and how it would be done. I trust him with my care. Thanks, Doc and Staff!
