He was in a hurry, no eye contact, no chat, in and out in 3 minutes leaving me in a mess of ky jelly. Unprofessional in my opinion. Don't overbook if you cant get a chance to meet your patient.
From the time I checked in until I walked out was a wonderful experience everyone is top of the medical field you couldn't expect a better experience.
Dr Arnold was very thorough. He went in detail in answering all of my questions. I have already recommended him to others. He gave excellent service!!
Dr.Arnold took care of me when I ended up in the er. He was very good at explaining what was going to happen and what my next steps would be. Great care from Dr Arnold.
Dr Arnold took time to talk to me and my partner James about prostate cancer if it was cancer and that it don't just end your life it's very slow growing and many options to treat and have quality of life thanks James marcum and Mike busby
Incompetent. Can't check a med list but can tell his NP to write a script for a catheter to a 30 year old man. Joke doctor.
Great Physician and Surgeon.
I trusted this doctor despite my gut as he was referred to me by another SIH doc and regret the decision immensely. I’m old, not dumb, but unfortunately vulnerable in my age. I was convinced to have an invasive procedure that 3 separate doctors have confirmed I did not need. I have approached Don Arnold MD about this and he somehow no longer has the capacity to “fit me in his schedule”. I’m embarrassed, upset, shocked and depressed. Considering talking to my attorney... but truly at a loss either way.
Truly an unprofessional. This guy seemed to know nothing about any and everything. I am so disappointed with his tardiness, lack of respect overall, negligence and “care”. It pains to me know that many of his clients are people who really are in a state of specialty care and guidance. He’s, obviously, a doctor for the money as he has ZERO compassion, respect nor care for his patients. I should’ve taken his other online patient complaints more seriously.
