Stay away from any complex owned by Domus. Parents and students. The owners and even corporate management do not know how to run the Kingsville property. My sons most recent leases were not correct and poorly written. Plus they charged him for two short term leases instead of one year lease which included short term fees. Three weeks after signing he requested to cancel, even if it involved a fee. They refused. Letting their properties get ruined by bad management teams
I work as a Community Assistant at Mustang Ranch Apartments in Stephenville, TX. I absolutely love working here. Management is great and they are constantly focused on continuing to make improvements and make the property the best place to live and work at in Stephenville. It is truly a family here and I couldn't have asked for a better team to be working with.
