Just based on the website experience, it was easy to navigate and use. For flooring and other things with this kind of detail you really do need to visit in person.
We sure put these guys to the test and they passed with flying colours. Great sales, flawless installation (thank you Sean, Sean and Ryan), and very responsive customer service. Most of all, the finished job looks amazing.
Staff were very helpful
Just called them to get help with tiles that pop off the subfloor every summer. He said he probably couldn't help with the structural source, but said he would canvass all the professionals he knew in order to solve my problem. Went beyond to try and help me.
