The wall structure and sound insulation in this apartment are VERY poor!!!! I can clearly hear the conversations and music from the neighboring unit. It drives me crazy!! I can not imagine such an expensive apartment has such issues! I really regret moving from my previous apartment just for being closer to the campus. It’s my worst living experience among the campus.
The best apartment complex in UCity! Super helpful and nice managers, excellent maintenance, and great location. Apartments are spacious and comfortable!
The management team here are wonderful people, and so are the residents. I did two collaboration events with the manager, Colby, and she lended us tables and helped out with promotion as well. The environment is also pet-friendly, lots of people live here with their dogs. There’s also a cafe next door. Domus has truly been one of the best communities that we partnered with so far! They treat partners and residents with such care and respect!
Elijah is truly such a hard worker. He’s made my friends and my experience exponentially better here and is always quick to help with any requests and help any of the tenants need.
