After working very hard to save money for a small remodel project in my modest home, a great deal of it was wasted as a result of several errors on the part of the lead designer. Her incorrect measurements, her failure to help me understand what her proposed design plans would look like in 3-D, and her refusal to make things right left me with a built-in shelving unit so tall that I must bring a ladder into my living room in order to dust the top shelf.
