RecommendedI went to the drive-thru & because I couldn't understand what the cashier was saying he slammed the window in my face. He came back & stated to him that his actions was rude, he slammed it again & walked off
I just want my wings fried hard man. I place my order online which doesn’t have a place for notes so I call(all the time). They make my food we drive to pick it up and get home and eat before anyone ever answers. At this point just throw the whole phone away and remove the phone number. Y’all online only. Ordered pizza on 3/05 through the app for delivery. The app said my order got delivered, but it never arrived. Tried calling the store (keep in mind, this was HOURS before they closed) no one decided to answer the phone. Decided to call the next day. AGAIN NO ANSWER. I went down the store, spoke with the manager and the manager said he couldn’t refund me my money “right now” but he’ll make a note. I called in and placed an order I was on the phone for 45 minutes. This is unexceptional, tell the customer that theirs a high call volume or something. I am pissed I will never order from Domino's again. The service is poor
I usually ordered here while I was at A&M. Things where ok food wise, and customer service was ok. but that was a year ago came back and move two mins down the road and they dont deliver. Your only 6 mins away. but the one about 10mins away delivers. can you explain to me the delivery area?
