The app wasn't working today, so I had to call. A woman named Beatriz answered; she wasn't friendly at all and hung up on me several times. The one time she actually did respond, she spoke to me as if I were forcing her to work—or as if I were asking for something for free. There is no doubt that a robot—or even the app itself—would have done a better job. People seem to get less polite every day; I had to deal with so much frustration and hassle just to order a pregnancy craving. 🤰
