So the food, atmosphere and service was great! However, management at this establishment severely mismanaged today on June 30th 2025. I'm so disappointed to see only one team member on shift today. It is the day before a Holiday AND the expiry of the coupon for a free Large pizza, which means there are groups of people coming in. Always great pizza! We just got pizza delivered in record time and it came piping hot. Saksham, the delivery driver was also super friendly.
Ask for 3 thing on my pizza and they somehow got all 3 wrong
Ordered one pizza for delivery online 30 minutes before closing, and I live close to the location. The tracker told me it was in the oven and being prepared and all of that, but over an hour and a half later, it just never came. No way to leave a message, and no way to contact the driver or anything like that. Just stole my money ig? Will be calling when open, but not cool at all. The ordering process told me many times that the order will be fulfilled no matter how close to closing time it was
