Such poor service. Was on hold forever and then I hung up and called numerous times with no response. Either they are not picking up the phone to avoid working or they are so busy they need to hire more staff. Will not shop here ever...
Super friendly customer service so far. I thing though I don't like is that every time I hoped in, realized they are talking in their own language infront of the customer. Else all good.
