I called tonight, frustrated and ended up on the phone with Manager Matthew. He was so patient, humble and kind after I blew out his phone, being a Momma Bear for friends at Children's Hospital and he really listened and took to heart what I was saying. He did the very best dealing with the situation and honestly, if I were his mom, in that moment, I would have been so very proud of him. I really respect the way he handled me and my tantrum and the way it was all resolved. I am sincerely impressed. I am very grateful.

Ok, the pizza itself is good. I am a regular there and joined their piece of the pie rewards program. I earned a free pizza about a month ago. 6 times I tried to redeem it, on six separate days. Each time, I followed the ordering process only to be told, "well this is embarrassing, but your points aren't available now, try again later" So in other words, it's a scam. I strongly urge any evening delivery customer to ask the driver with the filthy white Toyota Sienna minivan to allow them to inspect the cab of his vehicle before accepting their order. You'll demand a refund. His sunroof has been broken in the open position for nearly 18 months, and has inadequately plugged it up with political yard signs, cardboard and duct tape. This place is Horrible they don't use gloves nore wash there hands , if you just watch as you are in there you will see no one I mean no one wash there hands , floor nasty, windows nasty , they put dogh on a nasty ass table with out cleaning it to do twist the manager matthew be high off weed and pills I think they should start doing drug test ..you have driver's drinking liquor outside in there car it's just horrible and should be under new management or shut down

I ordered a pizza on wed they messed it up. Then they replaced it with another messed up pizza, followed by a pizza with raw dough. Three times in a row they messed up. So then I want my money back. They say I can't have my money back and tell me that because they messed my food up three times in a row that the will no longer deliver to me. So my question is what kinda scam are these dumbies trying pull. Don't they know there are laws against such practices designed to protect the consumer from such actions.
