I try to order you mix and match that you advertised on Your special recordings for $5.99 . They tell me they can’t honor it because it has expired. But it’s on your recording today. Guy tells me he has already talked to corp and he won’t honor it. Very disappointing since we order from here every weekend.
Hour and half for delivery!! Ridiculous!! Every time!! They always offer free pizza. I don’t want a free pizza I just want the pizza I freaking ordered!!!!
They steal don’t pay for your food with cards! They added a tip without my permission had to file a police report! It’s the principle don’t steal!!!
Feb 20, 2021 3:51 pm Bad Service. They can’t deliver to Reservoir Rd because they assume Road is not clear. When in fact it’s clear from snow and Ice. The Sun is shinning and the road is clean.
Cold pizza, incorrectly made.. hot soda.. incorrect sauces sent.. called only to be immediately put on hold twice after it was delivered (for over 10 minutes each time) to ask why it wasn’t made to my order.. And when I made an online complaint, all I was offered was 60 points or 20% off next order. REALLY.. it’s a terrible shame that I paid before it was made.. and 92 minutes to make and deliver, really? The past couple of times I've ordered my veggie pizza they have put sausage on it. I can't eat beef or pork because I will be in the bathroom all night afterwards. I've just been picking it off but this time it was under my mushrooms and I didn't taste it until it was to late. If you have food allergies this is not the place for you.
Recommendedthe pizza is good but.. today I was told I could not pay with a 50 dollar bill. There are no notices posted to inform customers of said policy. I understand not accepting 100 dollar bills but this is U.S. currency...can I pay with $20 worth of coins? The suggestion offered by the employees was to harass the liquor store next door to see if they could break the 50 note. Please..please have signs posted so no one has to go through this again.
Who knew it took an hour and a half to cook one medium size pizza. Not just that, I’m still waiting in the lobby after online said it’d be ready in 30 minutes. So after an hour in a half, I’m still waiting. Thought about going somewhere else, but They can’t refund my money because I paid online. Therefore I’m sitting here waiting on a over charged pizza in their lobby when I could be at home spending time with my family. If you want pizza, come to papa bills and I’ll have one made quicker here with better customer service
