We ordered the 8 piece Boneless Chicken wings. When we got home and opened container there were TWO pieces and SIX crumbs. We called and Manager said she made them-sorry it was the bottom of package and we would have to drive all the way back for a new order. VERY UPSET!!!!
We ordered bread bowls online for carry out. We got home to eat and I noticed that the middle of mine was cold. I put it in the microwave and then my husband was cutting his up so he could give some to our son when he found the dough in the middle was raw. I poked through mine and found raw dough and the same in the 3rd bread bowl we ordered. Recommendedpoor customer service cocky attitude and just don't give a flying F supposed to be buffalo chicken no buffalo sauce no nothing chicken and cheese And trying to say that kids said he made it himself yeah..ok...
RecommendedIf you want to be treated rudely, called back after you're ordered pizza for delivery to be told they don't have delivery drivers, hung up on when you try to tell them you'll come pick it up, and when you go up there to pick it up to be told posted hours aren't correct and they ACTUALLY close 3 hours prior to posted hours. If all that sounds good to you, then by all means order from this location. OTHERWISE STAY FAR, FAR AWAY.
This is the pizza we received recently after an employee joked that she “Almost” dropped it! I was shocked that someone would give this mess to a customer!
Online ordering is down and for whatever reason, they don’t want to answer the phone… I guess they don’t care about selling pizzas today
Came in and was asked to wait. Waited 5 minutes and started to order. A minute later the manager barks “we aren’t taking no more orders”. Was like 8:20 pm. Rude and terribly inconvenient.
To bad I tried to give NO stars on 12/28/2020; every time I order from this store Rochester , PA on Madison Street there has been issues or very late deliveries I am 1.7 miles I believe from the store. Staff are very unprofessional the food is normally good. Or prepared as ordered. However between the staff at the store including shift Management this evening Customers Service was Worse than ever. Recommendedgreat service! had two of the pizza toppings incorrect and they noticed right before I got there. they whipped out new ones in no time. they were so nice and faced me a coupon for next order.
