I just think this place needs new management. The employees collectively have this energy where they don’t really care about upholding a proper standard. I can hear the way they communicate and it’s very sluggish and I can totally tell they don’t want to be there. Very few of them actually have a good work ethic, but that energy doesn’t translate to the others well. I empathize with them I really do, and I get it. Delicious
There on-line system that tells you when the food is ready is fully automated and highly inaccurate. The APP shows food being baked, then ready. Upon arrival, they hadn't even started to make the order. I waited an additional 25 minutes and had the nerve to offer me a 20oz free COKE. Fix the app to display accurate notifications. I think the app delegated the time based on how busy they are (Not Good)!
Call the location. The person that answer to assist me is Ulices he told me he couldn’t take my phone order since the app didn’t wanna proceed with having issues. Bad customer service so i ended my call order at Pizza Hut
