My other Domino location always delivered me 5-star experience. This location is literally the worst. First, my delivery showed up 30 minutes past the end of the approximate delivery window. The driver “accidentally” marked it as delivered when he went back to the store to ensure it was a “on-time” delivery. I had to call two times asking where my driver was because he showed the pizza as being delivered 30 minutes before it was actually delivered. Beware of this Domino’s location! Avoid at all costs! I’ve had repeated issues with this store, and it’s clear that serious changes are needed. The management here should be replaced, and the staff needs retraining. They consistently get my orders wrong, either forgetting toppings or completely changing them. On top of that, deliveries arrive soggy and subpar. What’s worse is their habit of manipulating their order tracking system—marking orders as “delivered” long before they actually arrive.
