we ordered a pizza at 350 pm. I got a message it was do e at 436pm. it's now 504 pm and it's not done.

Cold pizza, lacking in ingredients when double meat ordered, took over an hour for delivery with no notification of delay. This place lacks customer service and professionalism!
These employees are the WORST at this store! They used to be our favorite go-to and were so nice and accurate for YEARS...Now, every order in the last 6 months, totally messed up. Tonight, once again, they messed up my order....then, this female employee has the audacity to be ticked at ME for calling to have my order corrected. She hung up on me when I asked for her name so I could talk to the manager or corporate and report her. I called back and she continued to hang up from caller ID seven more times (chicken) lololol. Get your act together! When the tracker notifies me that my order is ready for pickup I expect the entire order to be ready not half of it and then told the other half will be another 15 minutes. Not good customer service!
I just placed 2 orders $31 and $17 and you guys forgot our dipping sauces for the kids and 37 minutes after the pizza was delivered, the delivery girl showed back up. The location is less than 10 minutes away. I tried calling back twice and placed on hold by John.. I give up!!! Corporate is receiving a phone call from me on Wednesday!!!!
