Time was 20 mins off not greeted when I entered and sent text that food was ready to go in and wait 5 more mins in the 110 degree
Spent over $50 and tipped the driver. All 3 pizzas were smashed to one side. Ordered a coke and he gave us a diet Coke. No phone call to inform us that's all they had. I could have been fine with the soda but to know I spent that money on sloppy pizza was not ok. Took them back. Took picture and they refunded me. Management needs to be better.

Ordered online for delivery. It never came. Called twice over 2 more hours n even after speaking to closing manager, Jonathan, who assured me my order would be remade n delivered quickly, it never came. They had my correct address n phone #. They delivered here before. Never got my food. Never got a call back. N now, after calling the next day for refund.... it’s been a week n I never got that either. Obviously, my business doesn’t matter to them so they won’t miss me never ordering from them again.

Took an hour and a half after our pizzas were ordered to find out that they never left the store. the 1st manager lied and said they were on their way. I was told to call back the next day after 5 to speak to another manager. We won't be back
I ordered 3 pizzas through the app. The tracker said my order was complete. Showed up to pick up my order and one of my pizzas hadn’t been made. Why did the tracker say they were done if 1/3 of my order wasn’t? When I got home, 2 of the pizzas were overcooked and missing toppings. There were 12 employees in the store while I was waiting. There is no quality control in spite of the amount of bodies in the building.
