I am sick cannot go get order and they deliver except it ends less than a mile from my home even offered pay extra fee. no compassion at all when asked for local number to comment said there wasn't one after telling me it was locally owned. USED to order often not any more.
No delivery to Keewatin anymore lost me as a customer.
RecommendedI get what I ask for every time. Order about once a month. The Hibbing drivers are always pleasant. I appreciate they deliver to Kelly Lake, and wish the online info accepted our addresses, so we could place orders that way. The food seems fresh, hot and delectable every time. The drivers don't get lost like they sometimes used to years ago. Thank you, Hibbing Dominos employees. :)
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! First I get the wrong pizzas, then I bring them back in this lovely weather we have going on and ask for the right kind of crust and get told I have to pay for them again in a VERY rude manner. The last time I was in dominos, I was told what to put for the crust choice if I wanted a pan pizza. I was misinformed, and I told this kid exactly that. Pizza extremely burnt and bread bowl super doughy. Complete disappointment when opening box to eat tonight. It looked like someone poured chocolate over the pizza it was so burnt..
Terrible ..the pizza was flat and super greasy, I went to pick up my pizza slice and it flopped down to where the toppings fell off.
I love dominos. Not only do they get my food right every time, they treat me like family.
i have never been more disappointed with a company before in my life. whenever i order they are always rude. almost every time i order my order is messed up. i do not like the chicken in my bread bowl and SPECIFICALLY ask for it off and they mess it up every time.(mind you i order from dominoes a lot as we don't have much options here) they tell me i will be receiving a gift card for my order they messed up and i have not received one before ever. i have worked in the food industry and i still to this day do not understand h... read more
