The manager at this location is ridiculous. He is confrontational instead of apologetic. I’m happy he closed my order after it was almost ready. Your app said it was ready so obviously I was unhappy to have to go inside then back outside and wait in the little line (I was the only one in line) but, I said something about the ordering system and he said what did you say and I said I wasn’t talking to you. I am normally satisfied with my pizza deliveries and I realize stuff happens. Tonight I am NOT happy with the hour and 10 minute delivery when I was told 40 minutes. I said I really hope my pizza is hot and he said " it's still warm". I had to nuke the lukewarm pizza. NOT ACCEPTABLE!! Just admit you messed up. ���
Have to give a shout out to Domino's tonight. My sweet daughter wanted to make dinner easy on me tonight, so she asked to order us some pizza online. She's 12, and just totally forgot to apply the online coupon we were planning to use. I called Domino's to tell them what had happened, and their staff (Andrew) was so understanding and nice. He retro-actively refunded what would have been saved with the coupon. That is some terrific customer service. Yummy pizza, and a great staff. They're our go-to pizza place for sure!
