Sadly after 10 years of 5 stars I will have to amend my review and lower my rating to 1 star. I have been a patient of Dr Danny Shaban for a decade and only had great experiences with him and his staff. However during my last 3 visits this year I had to realize that this office clearly doesn't care about its patients. First of all, the lady at the front desk ignored me and other patients in the waiting room just to chat with a family member on the phone for at least 15 minutes. I can give them all starts , they deserve it. Dr Mead was very kind and kept in touch during my pregnancy, able to help me anytime , Jesus i am blessed now my baby is 5 months and i can recommend him for any woman pregnant.
Let me start off by saying the ladies at the front desk were very sweet but once my name got called and I went to the back it was horrible. The doctor Andrea Stoneburner is very rude and has no hospitality for her patients, she shouldn’t work in healthcare she should work at the DMV with that attitude. 0 stars and I will never be returning, Monday I will be calling and complaining, you guys need to look into her and think twice about having her as your OB.
