Office staff is very lovely, very attentive when given concerns and provides solutions in a fast timely manner. Coupled with the good prices they offer, it makes living here so much more enjoyable
I love this complex and the rental office staff is amazing. Always helpful on all situations. Nice n clean community
Apartments are very cold during the winter and the heat escapes. The maintenance crew comes when they want to not when you need them. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything that someone does next door. What is a good location to be near everything.
Valita is great and quick to respond. It’s apartment and townhome living so of course there is noise from neighbors but it isn’t excessive or consistently loud. Central location. The only thing I wish was more efficient is parking but even so haven’t had any persistent issues with that either!!! All in all, great rentals for the price and location!!
