Originally I left a bad review but I thought more about it and it isn't the complex's fault. Yeah the Internet is bad, but the property manager is kind and hard working, the scenery is nice. Haven't heard any drama outside since I moved in, and they actively keep up with the complex with bug control, repairs and more.
would have been a great place to live, nice scenery, nice property manager, but the ABSOLUTE WORST internet service provider. They use Cox, which cuts in and out constantly almost 50 times per day. as someone who works from home this is terrible and is costing me my job and will have to find another place soon. not to mention Cox is only through Coaxial cable, there is no fiber here, which is most likely the reason for the cut outs. the neighbors a block away outside this complex have verizon fiber which as a past user i kno... read more
I just want to take the time to give a a review on how awesome the property manager VALITA is, she is not only a good property manager but a good person in general and I can personally say I been out here 4years and since she been in office she gets stuff done and is understanding and does what she can to make it a comfortable place to stay. No place is 100% perfect from experience but I like my townhouse and my neighbors and the management make it a more pleasant place to stay!!
Ms.Valita the office manager was so helpful and very nice
I can say any time I have a problem in my home Ms, Valita attacks the issue. If not the same day the next day. And she will check up to see if it’s been done.
