I'm absolutely disappointed with this practice. They ordered an MRI of my shoulder (I'm having a ton of issues with it) since a week ago the radiology department has asked for records so my insurance can approve it. It took me 3 weeks to get the appointment. If I call the office with a concern it takes minimum of 3 days for a response. I have major issues with my shoulder cervical radiculopathy, rotator cuff syndrome, a possible cuff tear etc and Dr Varma's office never responded to multiple emails to their clinic. I had my first back injections at Dominion spine and pain. They barely talked to me about what was going to happen, what the procedure consisted of. I told them I was not going to do sedation but they went forward with a type of sedation anyway. They did not brief me on the drugs they administered and what the concerns were, they did not ask about any allergies either.
