Dr. Varma and her entire team at Dominion Spine and Pain are absolutely incredible. From my very first appointment, Dr. Varma and her team took the time to truly listen to my history and build a personalized treatment plan that actually works. The wait is extremely long the PA was rude. The doctor never came in to discuss my treatment plan.
I'm absolutely disappointed with this practice. They ordered an MRI of my shoulder (I'm having a ton of issues with it) since a week ago the radiology department has asked for records so my insurance can approve it. It took me 3 weeks to get the appointment. If I call the office with a concern it takes minimum of 3 days for a response. I have major issues with my shoulder cervical radiculopathy, rotator cuff syndrome, a possible cuff tear etc and Dr Varma's office never responded to multiple emails to their clinic.
