Anytime I’ve had an issue, she handles it quickly and makes the whole process easy and stress-free. On top of all that, she’s just genuinely kind and easy to work with. Absolutely awful. When we moved into the house it was an absolute disaster, dirty and filled with previous tenant's things. We called multiple times and were told they wouldn't clean anything up. Cleaned up everything on our own, but left a lot of the stuff there since it was there when we moved in and only got half of our security deposit back because we were charged for them cleaning trash and fixing the things we asked them to fix multiple times during our stay there.
