Called ahead to make sure a couples pedicure at 6:30p wouldn’t be a problem. Then they made us feel like crap that they all had to stay late and even gave my wife a basic pedicure when it was supposed to be special for her. And they totally let us down.
They do a great job! They are very kind and sweet! They will definitely take care of you! They give drinks, and great service. Your nails will look & feel wonderful! You don’t be disappointed!
Vincent is a great tech. I really enjoyed the conversation and my nails are exactly as i hoped.
Poor customer service skills, nail tech had a bad attitude and wouldn’t cut my nails down. I needed them short for my massage. I needed nails trim and cuticle trim she did a poor job. I still have to go home and cut my nails and cuticles. 48 bucks for nothing accomplished
Exceptional service every time I have been here. They go above and beyond. I'm always so impressed.
