I started at DMMA in January and it has honestly been the best experience I could ask for. The coaches and students are so respectful and so caring and a very friendly loving environment. The coaches are tough sometimes but that is to push you and I really love that. Everybody is always helping somebody and always wants you to get the technique down. Really glad I started training her.

I looked around for a while when I wanted to learn how to fight. Most gyms advertise "getting fit" or come take some group classes and loose weight or just "self defense". I wanted to learn to fight, not just throw a fist in the air. Be able to do more then just get away if someone came at me. They are patient, and well versed. You'll be pushed to be the best you can with firmness, but patience. The feeling of unity is evident and I love my Dominion family. Best gym in town period in my opinion. Great trainers. The coaches are all well rounded they can all teach multiple disciplines. And they are all willing to give you extra time to train a move with them afterwards if you need to.
Shouts out Dominion MMA for letting us train at your open mat! Joseph Joel Lugo brought home the baddest blue title and Michael Lugo won his first match but opponent capitalized on that knee injury. Next time we come to Texas or better yet ANYONE looking to get some training in passing through San Antonio here's the place to do it! Awesome training partners and great jits!

Myself, my wife and son joined just a few days ago. And I must say I am having the time of my life. Coach Rey and everyone there are super nice and extremely talented and have a special way of making you want to do better. Facilities are always clean and everyone is super welcoming, as for me and my family we will support, train, and compete with Dominion MMA.
I just recently started but I love it. I have never felt more welcome anywhere. Everyone is always willing to help you get better, it's great.
