I've been training in this sport for almost a year previously I trained at two other gyms and I can say this is by far the best gym I have ever trained at. Egos get checked at the door, the coaches help out everyone by laying down a foundation for you then helping you shape it. It's a perfect place if your here for self defense or wanting to become a fighter.
