kdddw- if you highley reccomend how come you only gave him 4 stars? Must have been a mistake he is a far more superior doctor then that. I have been to about 10 VA podiatrist and compared to dr. marino they all seemed incompetent

Dr. Marino really took fantastic care of me! I was very nervous about having my ingrown toenail removed. Dr. Marino was very friendly and professional, and patiently explained the procedure to me. He wanted to make sure that I was comfortable from the beginning until the end of the appointment. His assistant was also very nice and professional to deal with both on the phone and in the office. When it was all said and done, my foot is healed and I feel back to normal. I would return to the office any time!
as an active young adult, i participate in recreational soccer. i have recently had many issues with my feet. i've pulled muscles and lost toe nails. without Dr. Marino i would not have known how to care for my poor feet. He was very gentle, informative and friendly. He told me exactly what was wrong and all the possible ways i could have injured myself as well as how to care for it and incuded some advice to prevent any future injuries. I would recommend Dr. Marino to anyone looking for a podiatrist.
I went to see Dr. Marino to have my toe nails cut since I am elderly and unable to reach down and cut them properly. Dr. Marino spent time with me and I felt like he was a friend. The front desk person is his daughter who was also very friendly. Although the waiting room needs some updating, the services and friendly atmosphere were really wonderful in this day in age when you usually feel like a number when you go to a doctor's office. I am a surgical patient of Dr.Marino. I am six weeks post-op bunion and hammertoe surgery and I am extremely pleased with the results.I have been walking since day one after surgery in a surgical shoe with dressings and I just progressed to an athletic shoe and eventually my dress shoes when all the swelling has subsided.I virtually had no pain after surgery! I had the best experience in a doctors office i have ever had.I went in with agonizing heel pain,which I had for months. I had treatmeatment by my family doctor and an orthopedic surgeon.neither was able to get rid of my heel pain.When I vsited Dr.Marino he examined and took a more complete hiistory of my medical problems than any doctor I have been to.I walked out of his office on the first visit almost 95% pain free in my heel.I would highly recommend Dr.Marino to anyone with foot problems or pain.
Dr. Marino saved my LIFE! I have had horrible foot and foot related back pain for years, and i have seen countless and they were never able to treat the problem, they just gave me meds to treat the pain.
