Thieving scammers. You'll be sent to collections before receiving a bill... unless of course you first receive a bill that is double what it should be (they hope you'll pay blindly) and when you question it - they promise to correct and send updated bill - it'll it they don't .. they.. wait for it- send you to collections.This is awful enough no matter what the foods or services you've purchased.. it's a whole other level when we're talking about a provider or medical treatment - ANESTHESIA! Set up a payment plan and I got a late payment notice. I called to make sure my auto payment is ok and they mentioned that I have to double my monthly payment because it has to be paid within the year. Why was this not mentioned anywhere when I set up my payment plan??

This is a very skilled group of anesthesiologists with a broad range of training including cardiothoracic, OB, pediatrics and a vast swath of regional anesthesia. They were thorough in my pre-surgical assessment, discussed with me the various options for the anesthesia and surgery (which went seamlessly) and followed up with me in the recovery room to ensure my pain was under control. Unlike others, I had no issues with the billing, so hopefully that problem has been solved. A+++

Worst ever experience with an anesthesiologist. He was dismissive about my concerns with pain, in relation to a spinal block. In the end, the pain was excruciating, and he could have cared less. My husband was there, and can attest to the fact that the doctor was not the least bit concerned about patient welfare.

They sent my bill to collection before I even knew there was a bill. When I got the collection letter, I immediately called and paid them. They promised that they would remove me from the collection agency’s list, but of course they did not. I continued to be harassed by their collection agency. I called them twice do ask them to take control of their attack dogs and it’s been a month and I’m still getting voicemails. All this over $23. THAT I PAID.
