These must be fake reviews. I purchased a new unit from this company and they brought over a unit completely scratched. When I asked if it was really new they said yes and the scratches happened when they tried to get it out of the vehicle. I refused to accept the scratched unit and had to wait over a month for a new one. They installed the new one and at first it worked great. After LESS than a month the new unit stopped working.
