The food is very good and so is the ambience. I am so sorry to hear about the fire. I will anxiously await your reopening.
Wanted to like it....unfortunately incredibly small cramped dining room. Unbelievably noisy. You're a part of the adjacent dining tables' conversations whether you like it or not. TERRIBLE service. Waited forever for a refill and when waiter finally returned and asked if there was anything we needed..."Yes the refills we asked for 20 minutes ago." Eggplant parmesean was good. The chicken marsala was so bland. Lacking any depth of flavor. Just blah. Won't be returning.

The food was top notch....which thank god was its redeeming value. Listen...I'm a guy who's eaten at quite possibly over 5000 restaurants in my life...all over the world...and the one thing that will kill the rep of an eating establishment is service. The servers were nice people--young kids mostly---but drink and food delivery was slow. Again---once the drinks and food were delivered---wonderful ! My simple advice-- work on faster service and you'll bump 3 to 4 star ratings up to 5.
