While the level of care is very good, the front office staff needs some customer service training. Since the turnover of staff, I no longer feel like a valued patient. I can't tell you the last time I was greeted when entering the office. I feel like the office has become so impersonal and strictly about the appointments. At least the hygienists and Dr. P are friendly and make me feel comfortable. I am very fortunate to have found Dr. Pisciotta and his team about 10 years ago. The office and practitioners are up to date on the most modern tools and techniques. Dr. Pisciotta and Elena have been great at coaching me on potential emerging issues and ways to stay ahead of them. They are experts. Everyone in the practice is nice, friendly and helpful.

Not only is Dr. Pisciotta a consummate professional, he has filled his entire staff with his own commitment to patient care and service. He should be your dentist. In nearly 20 years as a patient, I have experienced his persistence with balky insurers to make the case for needed procedures; he always prevails. His sound advice is never pushy, always well-reasoned, presented with warmth and humor. He attracts and retains very competent technicians and business staff, unfailingly pleasant.

Very professional and friendly staff. They make you feel comfortable. My son (10) and I are seen at the same time. I never have any doubt that he is safe and comfortable and taken care of.
