3/30/25 I went to Ms. Elci Hair studio for the first time and she is a very understanding person who works with her customers to their best ability. Very disappointed. I booked an appointment for my daughter who is African American. It was a day before my daughter bday and the owner really suprised me. She started to say very bad things about my daughter hair while my daughter was there. She stated my daughter had too much hair and it needed her special conditioner for $100. She could not break down the price. My daughter has beautiful black hair this is why I can’t support the Dominican salons. They are too prejudice towards black people hair.
