The first time I was disappointed, but I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, the second experience was no better. My haircut was uneven, poorly blended, and cut dry, which left my hair looking choppy and damaged. I ended up having to go to another hairstylist to fix it and had to lose even more length because of the poor work that was done. I love my experience here, this was my second time here but this time I got color and style added by Mady☺️.. I love this new look!
I walked in and was not acknowledged whatsoever so i sat myself down waiting for assistance. A few minutes pass till i ask what the wait time was, they barely glanced at me, shrugged and seemed like i was bothering them. They finally tell me 40-1hour. I was like okay, let me be patient with them, but their energy was so weird i had to leave. Horrible customer service. I will never be back
