I walked in and was not acknowledged whatsoever so i sat myself down waiting for assistance. A few minutes pass till i ask what the wait time was, they barely glanced at me, shrugged and seemed like i was bothering them. They finally tell me 40-1hour. I was like okay, let me be patient with them, but their energy was so weird i had to leave. Horrible customer service. I will never be back

10/10 experience as always! They do such an amazing job & are so kind.
As a black woman with curly hair , the hair dresser I had did not know how to detangle my hair well . She was rushing through and will comb from the top down . And if it didn’t comb through she pulled it. I do not recommend this salon ! The prices aren’t shown until you check out !!! She couldn’t even tell me how it came up to that price . Something about we charge for shampoo conditioner…. Well is that not already included in the price of the wash ? I felt like I was scammed !
