Billing experience terrible - requested itemized statements and was sent some but not told about other bills I had and didn't find out for over a year later. Overall, bad billing experience and was on a phone-call rabbit chase for over two hours still without what I was looking for.

Drugged and isolated my partner against his will performed a surgery he did not want do not allow his family into the hospital room to try to stop the surgery so that they can make their money
