Juana, the owner, cut my hair and she is truly amazing at what she does. She listened carefully, knew exactly what would work best for my hair, and executed it flawlessly. I went to Dominican Hair Solutions for a trim, requesting only my ends be cut, as I was preparing for my father’s funeral. My hair was healthy and past my lower back prior to the appointment. Despite my clear instructions, the stylist cut significantly more hair than I authorized, leaving my hair mid-back. This was extremely upsetting, especially during a very difficult time of grief, and it caused me a lot of emotional distress. Unprofessional experience. Hair was not styled the way I wanted it to be and now I explained it to the stylist and the salon refused to correct the mistake. Avoid if you care about your hair.
