I went to this salon as a walk-in just for a blowout. The owner’s daughter convinced me to get a “deep conditioner,” and I agreed. At first, my hair looked fine, but soon after I noticed it was extremely thin. Three weeks later, after washing my hair, it started falling out in chunks (see photo). I wish I could give zero stars. This was the worst hair experience of my life. They clearly do not know how to work with type 4 hair. Instead of proper care, they applied a so-called "conditioner" that I’m convinced contained chemicals. My curls are completely gone, my texture has changed, and my hair is falling out in clumps. I’m devastated and will have to cut my hair off and start my natural hair journey all over again. Walking into that salon was my biggest regret of the year. I’m beyond disappointed and disgusted.
I came in with knotted extensions! It was so bad! When I came in the owner took care of me right away. She had 100% human hair bundle's and her team got me in and out so fast! My hair never looked better and I have now found a one stop shop where I can buy amazing quality hair and get it styled to perfection! I am beyond happy with my results! They are true professionals!
