The only person who is helpful is the office manager, Maria. The first person you encounter is Kathy, who needs to stop eating at her desk. She is not very friendly and unprofessional. The doctor is over worked and needs to retire. You can never reach them on the phone and when you leave a message they seldom return you phone call.
Patient for 20 years, couldn't imagine having to find a different doctor. Always takes the time to answer all of my questions and provides excellent care with a great bedside manner.
Lies about diagnosis to bill your insurance higher. Went there for regular yearly WellCare visit which should have been paid 100% by my health plan and they said I complained about chest pains. I have a cardiovascular background, why would I wait in a primary care office with chest pains? I know enough to go to the ER. When I tried to dispute the $220 bill they completely disregarded me and passed me around to person after person, none of which wanted to help, just assign blame.
